Gold for Chris Type in the 2nd ICC Race in Winterberg

Despite problems with a broken runner, Chris Type took the title in the second IC race in Winterberg despite the appalling conditions at a wet and windy track. Leading after the first run when a runner broke, a quick change of runner during the break between runs saw him complete a near perfect second run to take the title. It was a just reward for a week that saw him near the top of the board in training and followed on from a 5th place in the first race when again he led after the first run.

Dave Swift finished in the medal zone in each race with a 4th place in both races continuing his pre season consistency.
