Girls 4 Gold Push Start Training Day

Potential bob skeleton athletes identified through the Girls4Gold programme have been put through their paces at the University of Bath.

Some 19 women athletes who had already come through the initial stages of the Girls4Gold talent identification programme tested their abilities on the push-start track at the Sports Training Village.

The session included some push-start coaching followed by a head-to-head competition. A select few have been identified for the next step, which could see them take to the ice on a full track in North America or Europe.
